Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree GED
  • The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Follow instructions without close supervision
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • TAM card (Alcohol Awareness Training)
  • Food handler safety training card (Health Card)

Job Duties

  • Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards
  • Clean and restock buffet lines and service ware as prescribed
  • Stock all service stations and maintain cleanliness throughout service
  • Clear dirty table settings and transport tableware to the dishwashing area
  • Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and floors between seatings
  • Assist food servers with table service and food delivery, especially during peak periods and large parties
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate needs to servers as required
  • Coordinate with servers and host/hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned public and service areas
  • Follow all company safety, security, and sanitation policies
  • report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management
  • complete required safety training and certifications
