- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly
- Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus
- Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests
- Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands
- Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary
- Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety
- Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments
- Assist with restocking items needed during service
- Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period
- Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached
- Perform other duties as assigned
