Job Duties
- Ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner when necessary
- Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
- Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
- Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
- Learn to operate the Host Stand
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- Accurately answer any guest questions
- Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- Process all payment methods
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
