- Availability from 3pm-11pm Tuesday-Saturday including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- previous food service experience
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

- previous fine dining experience a plus
- previous customer service experience

Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
- ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages, breads
- retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
