- availability from 3pm-11pm Tuesday through Saturday, including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- previous experience in food service
- previous customer service experience
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
- ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
- assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages and breads
- retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
