Job Requirements
- Availability from 3pm-11pm Tuesday-Saturday including weekdays weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a fast paced environment independently
- good communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience
- previous fine dining experience a plus
- previous customer service experience
- ability to work in a fast paced environment independently
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water
- ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- assist food servers with table service including serving beverages breads etc.
- retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
