Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have food handlers card
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- pass background check and eligibility to work in the United States

- familiarity with table settings and serviceware

- strong teamwork and communication skills
- previous bussing experience preferred but not required
- food handlers card required
- ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50lbs through crowded areas
Job Duties
- quickly clear dirty table settings and reset tables promptly and consistently
- maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations for all meal periods
- ensure guest satisfaction by serving beverages as needed
- assist servers in food and beverage service
- transport all dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
- maintain buffet stations by replenishing food items, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards
- wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as needed
