Job Requirements
- Ability to set and clear tables efficiently
- Ability to stock and maintain service stations
- Capability to assist food servers and deliver excellent guest service
- Good physical stamina to transport tableware and maintain cleanliness
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is beneficial
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service including serving beverages breads and butter
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
