Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- able to perform repeated bending and lifting
- capable of working in environments with high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal or bright lighting, and smoky conditions
- flexible with shift assignments that may be irregular and cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle guest related situations effectively
Job Qualifications
- Good customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle all types of guest related situations
- knowledge of state liquor laws
- ability to maintain professionalism while working with other employees, departments, and guests
- ability to follow food and beverage policy and procedures
- willing to work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Refills salt and pepper shakers, napkin holders, and all other related supplies
- stocks dishes and glasses as required
- clears, cleans, and resets tables according to procedures
- maintains clean, safe, hazard-free environment within area of responsibility
- promotes positive public-employee relations at all times
- completes all established set-up, stocking, and closing duties on time
- adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times
