- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats
- set up tables according to established standards
- receive and fulfill beverage orders
- greet guests seated in assigned station
- receive and refill drink orders from guests
- remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approximately 40 lbs in weight) in a timely manner
- transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area
- maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
