Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is an asset

Job Duties
- set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water
- ensure tableware is in good and working condition report defects for repair
- stock maintain and clean designated food stations
- assist food servers with table service including serving beverages and breads
- retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- respond to guest inquiries and requests resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
