Job Requirements
- Five years of hotel sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in Hotelligence, Lanyon, RFP Express, Agency360
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage corporate, consortia, and luxury leisure segments
- Completion of Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent preferred
- Capability to negotiate and sell effectively
- Must be on-site initially
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Five years of hotel sales experience preferred, managing corporate, consortia, or luxury leisure segments
- Proficiency in Hotelligence, Lanyon, RFP Express, Agency360, and general computer applications
- Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred
- Strong selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills
- Community involvement and/or professional association participation is highly regarded
- This position is on-site with hybrid work flexibility after a 90-day introductory period and successful achievement of sales goals
Job Duties
- Solicit, negotiate, and manage Local and National corporate transient accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow share, ADR, and overall production
- Utilize RFP platforms like Lanyon and RFP Express to manage annual bid cycles and rate loading
- Conduct regular account reviews, travel to client offices, and host on-property client events
- Manage participation in global and regional consortia programs and travel management companies
- Ensure accurate rate loading, amenities, and program compliance across all platforms
- Build strong relationships with travel management companies and agency partners to increase visibility and production
