Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Good communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and climbing
  • Must maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company policy

  • Must attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Sales and marketing experience preferred
  • Prior administrative role experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and customer relations skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Basic computational ability
  • Ability to analyze and foresee user needs
  • Skilled in Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system, and POS
  • Self-driven and able to work independently

Job Duties

  • Work with Area Director of Sales to identify top hotel accounts and key buyers
  • Identify and target share shift opportunities within the Business Transient segment
  • Collaborate with U.S. Account Sales and GSO teams to drive production from priority accounts
  • Negotiate annual Special Corporate Negotiated rates to drive segment revenue growth
  • Solicit new business opportunities using competitor intelligence and internal referral mechanisms
  • Ensure hotel lead generation programs through Operations teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction by building rapport with repeat travelers and hosting appreciation events
  • Conduct customer-facing sales activities including site inspections and local industry events
  • Maintain updated lead information in sales reporting systems
  • Qualify and maintain long-term business potential of customers
  • Present hotel benefits tailored to customer needs
  • Utilize company marketing initiatives to convert cold leads
  • Track weekly activities and relate to revenue production
  • Participate in Sales Strategy Meetings and adjust priorities independently
  • Activate local tactics to fulfill buyer needs and generate revenue
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
