Job Requirements

  • Must be able to travel occasionally
  • Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary workplace language
  • Good verbal written and electronic communication skills required
  • Considerable knowledge of mathematical calculations and computer programs
  • Excellent leadership and customer relations capability
  • Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Basic computational ability
  • Ability to analyze foresee user needs and provide proper tools
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers including patience tact and diplomacy
  • Knowledge of Windows OS MS Office PMS PBX Key system and POS
  • Self-driven and independent worker
  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Prefer bachelor's degree
  • Sales and marketing experience preferred
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license must be maintained

Job Duties

  • Works with Area Director of Sales in identifying top accounts and coordinating efforts to drive demand
  • Identifies share shift targets within the Business Transient segment and creates sales action plans
  • Negotiates yearly special corporate negotiated rates to drive segment revenue growth
  • Solicits new accounts using competitor intelligence software and internal referrals
  • Drives customer satisfaction through daily interactions and hosting appreciation events
  • Conducts customer-facing sales activities and site inspections
  • Maintains complete and up-to-date lead information and qualifies customers' long-term business potential
