Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings
  • Comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales prospecting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite for sales record management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience in gifting, catering, food/beverage, payroll services, office supplies, or promotional products
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to turn one-time orders into multi-year clients
  • Polished and confident presenter capable of conducting tastings and closing deals on the spot
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills
  • Valid driver license and willingness to use a company car
  • Passion for desserts is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prospect daily by cold calling, warm calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits to local businesses
  • Build a pipeline of recurring corporate accounts
  • Present and sell the full range of corporate gifting and catering products including Bundtlet towers, Bundtini assortments, branded gift cards, custom logo ribbons, and tiered cakes
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through discovery calls, tastings/demos, proposal submission, closing, and fulfillment coordination
  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing campaigns focused on holiday gifting, "Thank You Thursday" programs, and realtor open-house partnerships
  • Maintain accurate sales records using Microsoft suite
  • Attend chamber of commerce events, BNI groups, and local networking functions to build relationships
  • Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure flawless order execution and timely delivery
  • Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales goals for revenue, new accounts, and client retention
