Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service or similar public interaction role
- Preferred experience in hospitality or concierge services
- Proven office and computer skills including filing and telephone handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in computer software
- Flexibility in schedule and work location
- Ability to work well with diverse individuals including guests, volunteers, hospital personnel, staff, and donors
- Must demonstrate kindness, caring, and compassion
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Two years' experience in a customer service or similar position involving public interaction
- Experience in a hospitality or concierge setting preferred
- Competent office and computer skills including filing, telephone answering, and reception

Job Duties
- Provide clerical and office support for the center including reception duties
- Manage telephone communications professionally and courteously
- Handle medical records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Schedule surgical appointments and verify insurance details
- Perform computer data entry tasks with precision
- Create and manage referrals and retrieve medical and demographic information from internal and external systems
- Collaborate and interact positively with diverse constituents such as guests, volunteers, hospital personnel, staff, and donors
