Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum one to two years of relevant administrative or customer service experience
- Demonstrated confidence, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, mapping software, and database applications
- Ability to perform administrative duties while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong multitasking abilities with impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills across various forms with peers, managers, supervisors, external clients, and vendors with minimal daily supervision required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education

- Experience with facilities management software and work order processing
- Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles demonstrating service excellence
- Familiarity with security access systems and visitor management protocols
- Experience with inventory tracking and office supply ordering processes
Job Duties
- Welcome guests enthusiastically and assist with their arrival, office orientation, and departure
- Create memorable experiences through warm and proactive interactions, addressing guest needs and sharing knowledge of office services and amenities
- Provide daily visitor reports, track visitors, vendors, and guests, coordinate security access, and assist associates with security and access applications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Employee Bungalow areas including kitchen, dining, reception, general spaces, huddle rooms, and print areas
- Handle incoming office calls, manage courier packages and mail, prioritize conference room bookings, and ensure rooms are meeting-ready with functioning audio-visual equipment
- Process facilities work orders, track progress, collaborate with facilities, maintenance, and security teams to ensure office functionality including HVAC, lighting, cleaning, and doors
- Support vehicle registration management, EV user access, new hire and termination tickets, associate moves, additions, and changes using work order and space management applications
