Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years customer service-related experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Job Duties
- Create a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and visiting employees
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required
- Support the annual management plan by accomplishing key performance indicators as identified by management
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional customer service skills
- Perform other facility management assignments as described by team and manager
- Direct guests to the appropriate meeting host
- Register visitors with lobby security via client web portal and notify host upon arrival
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams
- Book meeting rooms through client web portal and notify Facilities Coordinator regarding set-up details
- Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms before and after meetings and provide preliminary IT support
- Support the mailroom as directed by Mailroom Manager
- Provide administrative support including copying, printing, shipping, and setting up courier service
