Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 5 years of related customer service or hospitality experience
  • excellent verbal and written English skills
  • ability to work on-site in Miami, FL
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office and other IT tools
  • willingness to engage positively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years previous customer service or hospitality related experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility and positive attitude in managing daily shifting priorities
  • excellent spoken and written English communication
  • ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining guest experience quality
  • working knowledge of information technology tools and platforms
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations
  • Engage visitors, employees and callers in a way that makes them feel warmly welcomed and assisted in a helpful and timely manner
  • Regularly walk the site and assist customers and guests with their needs
  • Serve as a resident expert with contacts in local cuisine, hotels, and knowledge of special attractions and upcoming events
  • Connect with clients, customers, and support teams to anticipate needs, identify issues, and deliver creative solutions
  • Coordinate with facilities management to implement a hospitality approach across services
  • Support meetings, receptions, and provide wayfinding and information for the campus and activities
