Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
- All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
- Ability to manage business operations and fiscal responsibilities
- Strong communication skills including oral, written, and electronic media
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to supporting student academic success and operational continuity
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Experience in office management preferred
- Familiarity with Banner Finance and/or Banner Student preferred
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Knowledge of Tutor Trac preferred
- Experience with Chrome River preferred
- Proficiency in developing Excel spreadsheets and data gathering preferred
Job Duties
- Facilitate all business processes and operations of the University Learning Center to ensure continuity of policies and procedures
- Manage student employee personnel administration and payroll
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and space usage planning
- Monitor and maintain financial resources to meet department objectives
- Prepare budget documents and reports
- Participate in resource allocation, planning, procurement, and budget oversight
- Review, analyze, and summarize information to support operations and decision-making
- Communicate information orally, in writing, and via electronic media
- Plan and arrange work operations and objectives in support of business needs
- Coordinate work with administrative and professional staff
- Provide administrative support and reception backup as needed
