Job Requirements

  • some experience as a front desk representative agent or relevant position
  • proficiency in English oral and written
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
  • good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • customer service orientation
  • high school diploma

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • keep front desk clean and presentable
  • greet and welcome guests
  • answer questions and address complaints
  • answer all incoming calls and redirect them
  • take and deliver messages as necessary
  • receive incoming letters and packages
  • check sort and forward emails as required
  • keep updated records and files
  • take up other duties as assigned
