Job Requirements
- Team leader position supervising more than two team members
- More than half of work time devoted to administrative duties related to management policies or general business operations
- Discretion and judgment in decision making for business office administration
- Fluid communication with other team leaders and executive director
- Availability to work evenings and weekends periodically
- Ability to remain accessible and on-call for community issues
- Full COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Working knowledge of California labor laws and human resource practices
- Experience interacting with and relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with Tenfold core values of curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution
- Ability to work Sunday - Thursday
Job Duties
- Enter accounts receivable data in ALIS accurately and timely
- Manage monthly billing and collections from residents and families
- Enter accounts payable invoices in Intacct and coordinate with department managers
- Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate punch data in Smartlinx
- Hire, manage, schedule, and mentor front desk administrative assistants and receptionists
- Educate department managers on Paylocity and Intacct software applications
- Maintain regulatory compliance in hiring and human resource record management
- Track and manage team members' leaves of absence and workers' compensation cases
- Oversee electronic onboarding of new team members
- Manage supplies, uniforms, and office equipment
- Handle reporting and compliance within Relias
- Communicate regularly with executive director and team leaders
- Remain accessible and on-call for emergent community issues
- Work evenings and weekends periodically
