Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- associate degree or higher preferred
- 3-5 years experience in business office management, finance, human resources, or accounting
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- understanding of accounting, billing, collections, and expense management
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- outstanding communication skills
- professional ethics and integrity
- flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
- experience in senior living environments preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred

- knowledge of computer systems and CRM software
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- experience in independent living, assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
Job Duties
- Produce and manage accounts receivable
- assist in month-end closing procedures
- manage all residents' contracts, execution, and renewals
- oversee new resident orientation and move-in coordination
- manage resident and employee files ensuring regulatory compliance
- conduct new hire orientation for all staff
- act as human resources contact for the community
- produce and manage payroll
- collaborate with Executive Director to maintain community budget
- supervise front desk staff including recruiting, training, and development
