Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical office setting highly preferred (i.e. ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctors office)
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure that assigned areas are staffed by coordinating your team's schedule daily
- Complete chart preparation, data entry, collections, insurance verification and pre-certification as required by insurance plans
- Reconcile daily front office collections
- Work with the nurse manager and/or nurse coordinator to ensure daily schedule is streamlined
- Responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of the facility
