Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card is required
- Meet qualification, eligibility and background requirements for this position
- A one year probationary period may be required
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks including a Tier 1 background investigation
- Must obtain ServeSafe Food Handlers Certificate
- Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard franchisor proprietary information
- Will be required to complete franchise training as required in operating manuals
- Must be able and willing to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant
- Minimum two years experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service franchise restaurant concept preferred
- Resume clearly demonstrating relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities related to this position
Job Duties
- Manages a large franchise restaurant front of the house operations
- Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
- Maintains budgeted food and service labor costs and proper inventories
- Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate an efficient food production operation
- Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items
- Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate corrective measures
- Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment
