Job Requirements

  • Obtained or pursuing a STEM bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong track record of accountability and responsibility
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage change and remain resilient
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making

Job Qualifications

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Related internship or data work experience
  • SQL experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with dashboarding, scorecard, or reporting tools a plus
  • Literacy in Python and/or SAS
  • Demonstrated competencies in accountability, analytical and critical thinking, change management, customer focus, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, judgment and decision making, leveraging differences, relationship management, teamwork, and work ethic

Job Duties

  • Utilize data to derive meaningful business insights to improve results
  • Work within traditional and emerging analytics areas including AI, big data, and text analytics
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges and create actionable solutions
  • Work with relational databases, reporting systems, and discovery tools
  • Participate in projects involving business insights delivery, data engineering, decision science, data management, or business performance analytics
  • Utilize location intelligence data to support business strategies and processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
