Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years culinary management experience
- Proven track record in foodservice operational leadership
- Ability to manage budgets and financials
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Job Duties
- Lead culinary operations overseeing daily foodservice management ensuring quality safety and guest satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding catering experiences leading operations with precision creativity and client satisfaction
- Drive financial performance managing full P&L responsibilities developing and monitoring budgets and implementing cost-effective strategies
- Build and inspire teams recruiting mentoring and leading high-performing culinary and service staff fostering excellence and growth
- Strengthen client relationships serving as the face of the operation building strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions
- Innovate and collaborate designing and implementing nutritious high-quality menus with marketing and culinary teams
- Plan for the future playing a key role in planning and launching a new café facility and corresponding programs
- Engage the community representing the organization with professionalism building positive community connections
