Job Requirements

- build and inspire teams by recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing culinary and service team
- strengthen client relationships by serving as the operation's face and building strong partnerships
- innovate and collaborate by designing nutritious, high-quality menus with marketing and culinary teams
- plan and launch new café facility and corresponding programs
- engage the community by representing the organization professionally and purposefully
