- 1-2 years of sales development, business development, or customer-facing experience
- strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers
- self-starter mentality with a get it done attitude and eagerness to learn Challenger-style selling
- comfortable with high-volume outreach across calls, emails, and in-person visits
- proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Research and target new business opportunities using ILCC license lookups, HubSpot CRM, and industry resources
- drive outbound outreach (calls, emails, in-person prospecting) to connect with decision makers
- maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
- engage potential clients to uncover needs and demonstrate Lucky Lincoln's value proposition
- set up qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff
- track contract expirations and flag high-value takeover opportunities
- work side-by-side with Account Executives to build pipeline and close deals
- share competitive intelligence and prospect insights with the sales team
- represent Lucky Lincoln at industry events and networking opportunities
