Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in a business development or sales role
- bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- telephone sales expertise
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- self-motivated and detail-oriented
- experience with software sales or associations preferred
- adherence to company values of integrity and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years experience as a business development representative or sales development representative
- bachelor’s or associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- self-motivated with a creative problem-solving approach
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools preferably Salesforce
- proven telephone sales skills and ability to build customer relationships
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- experience in software sales or association industry is a plus
- commitment to company values of honesty, integrity, respect, and teamwork
Job Duties
- Set discovery calls with qualified prospects
- respond to inbound interest and conduct targeted outbound sales campaigns
- follow up proactively with inbound marketing qualified leads
- gather business intelligence to identify sales opportunities
- manage and update sales activities and account information in the CRM system
- collaborate strategically with marketing and business development teams
