Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and negotiating business partnerships
- Minimum 1 year experience in the hotel industry preferred
- Proven track record of closing sales deals
- Experience working in Asia
- Ability to identify and close large multi-year contracts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Sets high personal performance standards
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Effective communication orally and in writing to all levels of management
- Strong management and time management skills
- Understanding of financial concepts and basic P&L statements
- Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Prepared to travel frequently, typically 50% of working month
- Able to travel regionally without visa restrictions
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Articulate in English
- Proficiency in a second language is an asset
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Account acquisition and management
- Secure long-term loyalty marketing program contracts with high-profile independent hotels and hotel groups
- Continually develop and qualify target market database
- Develop strategy for new acquisitions of hotel partners
- Present HMC solutions and meet with prospective executive decision makers
- Conduct regular meetings with existing clients to maintain positive relationships
- Gear sales and marketing activities to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and regional trends
- Participate in management team meetings providing market feedback
- Organize periodic strategic client reviews
