Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience in corporate events, event production, or AV
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Existing network in the events industry preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in corporate events, event production, or AV
  • Proven ability to generate and close new business
  • Experience producing $1M+ in annual sales
  • Strong existing network or book of business in the events industry
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and hunting for opportunities
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment

Job Duties

  • Drive new business development by identifying and securing corporate event opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with event planners, marketing teams, and corporate decision makers
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and networking to generate new client partnerships
  • Schedule and attend 4+ new business meetings per week
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Transition won accounts to internal Account Managers after closing
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and occasional onsite activations
  • Leverage CRM tools and internal resources to track pipeline and manage sales activity
