Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience in corporate events, event production, or AV
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Existing network in the events industry preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in corporate events, event production, or AV
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Experience producing $1M+ in annual sales
- Strong existing network or book of business in the events industry
- Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and hunting for opportunities
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment
Job Duties
- Drive new business development by identifying and securing corporate event opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with event planners, marketing teams, and corporate decision makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting and networking to generate new client partnerships
- Schedule and attend 4+ new business meetings per week
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Transition won accounts to internal Account Managers after closing
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and occasional onsite activations
- Leverage CRM tools and internal resources to track pipeline and manage sales activity
