Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in business development or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or home-care industry preferred
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
  • Commitment to making a positive impact

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years' success in business development, sales, or community outreach preferably in healthcare or home-care industry
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building in a community or healthcare setting
  • Self-starter with ability to set strategies and execute details independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
  • Passion for improving lives and representing impactful services

Job Duties

  • Foster strong partnerships with local hospitals, rehab centers, assisted-living facilities, physician groups, and community organizations
  • Cultivate relationships through on-site visits, Lunch-and-Learns, presentations, and networking events
  • Educate and position solutions at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts by creating presentations and informational sessions
  • Track market intelligence including competitor activity, industry trends, and referral conversion data
  • Generate and qualify leads using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and community events
  • Partner with care coordination teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
  • Log every touchpoint accurately and timely in CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly referral, revenue, and growth targets
