Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three years of prior work experience in front of house supervision and leadership
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to delegate assignments to appropriate individuals
- Possess written and verbal communication skills
- Competent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making
- Ability to work in a team and provide customer service
- Basic computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of employment standards and practices
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to perform budget analysis and variance reporting
- Able to carry serving tray with four meals and/or beverages
- Able to clean apartments and dining rooms
- Must possess valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours

- Ability to perform tasks with frequent interruptions
- Able to carry a serving tray with at least four meals and/or beverages
- Able to clean apartments and dining rooms as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel concierge team
- Provide timely feedback to team and consistent performance management
- Assist General Manager to provide high levels of customer service and create a restaurant style dining atmosphere
- Partner with General Manager to provide quality and compliance leadership
- Act as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is not on site
- Coordinate community team member recruitment efforts
- Process payroll and maintain team member benefits administration
- Maintain resident billing system and support financial data management
- Ensure business controls are followed and assist in audit processes
- Deliver and participate in Sunrise University training and self-study programs
- Manage workers compensation claims and promote occupational health and safety
- Hold team accountable and keep abreast of professional developments
