Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in retail or store management or related field
  • At least two years of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis for business decision making
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in fast-paced settings
  • Positive teamwork and learning attitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with marketing or project management software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years experience in retail or store management with cross-industry experience welcomed
  • Demonstrated leadership with at least two years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Ability to leverage data to understand business and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with Canva or project tracking tools is a plus

Job Duties

  • Drive marketing performance and productivity for all operational aspects of the center
  • Manage all vendor relationships including facilities, maintenance, and technology support
  • Guide those who need marketing assistance by answering questions, sharing tools, and providing direction
  • Track and manage incoming marketing requests ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are on schedule
  • Update and maintain content on company and employee websites to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support the coordination and execution of email campaigns
  • Assist in updating external listings and third-party websites to ensure accurate school representation
  • Provide basic training and support on marketing tools and software platforms for school staff
  • Support communication for new school openings or transitions by coordinating messaging and materials
  • Conduct research to support local marketing efforts and assist in developing project plans
  • Collaborate with marketing team and other departments to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Participate in team projects and marketing operations as needed
  • Conduct team meetings with the Center Director to communicate important information and direction
  • Execute marketing brand campaigns within the center and implement local marketing activities
  • Oversee Work and Family program by building relationships with community and business leaders
  • Use social media channels effectively for parent engagement and retention
  • Nurture leads by scheduling and conducting tours and following up with potential families
  • Lead tours highlighting key brand features and maintain strong connections with potential customers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local childcare offerings
  • Manage lead tracking portal and customer database
  • Coordinate registration process and maintain customer and employee information
  • Communicate with families including billing and newsletters
  • Plan and manage budget for parent engagement activities
