Job Qualifications
- BS/BA preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience education or training
- Five or more years IT and/or business experience or equivalent combination of experience education and/or training
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience creating technically focused user stories for Agile development
- Ability to understand contract language
- Experience in developing business process redesign
- Working knowledge of airport operations business principles
Job Duties
- Responsible for consultation to internal and external customers
- Analyze customer processes and requirements
- Prepare project documentation according to client standards
- Assist in business process redesign
- Maintain communication with customer and team members to promote teamwork
- Work across multiple projects as a technical business analyst
- Plan and design solutions after requirements are gathered
- Create complex workflow models and process maps
- Facilitate meetings with technology and business leaders
- Develop best practice solutions and improvements
- Create and facilitate training programs and knowledge articles
- Develop compliance and adherence to principles
- Consult with business managers
- Develop project scope and translate business requirements to technical requirements
