Job Requirements
- Two-year degree from accredited university in Information Systems, Computer Science or related area
- Minimum of five years experience in Information Systems, Data Management or related area
- Or four-year degree from accredited university
- Minimum of three years experience in related professional area
- Ability to manage system updates and training
- Strong understanding of data integrity and compliance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Capacity to perform in-depth data analysis
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Hands-on approach to system implementation and testing
Job Qualifications

- Experience in managing information systems or data management projects
- Knowledge of revenue forecasting and compliance standards

Job Duties
- Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of departments and business functions related to the Daylight System
- Verifies that users maintain information for continuous data integrity
- Develops, conducts, and manages training for Key Operators and staff on Daylight System procedures and enhancements
- Manages forecasting and tracking of revenues including Forecasts, Reforecasts, Actuals Reports, Catering Pace, Revenue adjustments, Concessions, Banquet Closing Report and ensures SOX compliance
- Leads creation and maintenance of SSTs for Conference Services and coordinates with corporate teams on brand standards
- Provides business decision support by analyzing performance data and driving employee understanding of system operations
- Coordinates Banquet Event Order, Event Order, and Convention Resume processes to verify accurate and timely information distribution
- Functions as primary Daylight System liaison between Property and Corporate leadership, actively managing implementation, testing, and training for system changes
- Identifies and translates user requirements into specifications to guide application development
- Oversees policy compliance, equipment and software inventory, and maintains communication across departments to meet business needs
- Provides technical expertise and up-to-date system knowledge while supporting hotel operations and data integrity
