Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required subject to Fleet Safety Policy
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to travel throughout the day for visits to customer accounts
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, squat, and use hands effectively
- Ability to operate vehicles and industry tools such as hand trucks and manual pallet jacks
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or distribution within the beverage industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in iDig, VIP, and data analysis tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Solid knowledge of the beverage alcohol three-tier system including compliance
Job Duties
- Develop and execute distribution strategies that align with brand goals and market opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers through communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Participate in management staff meetings, present sales and marketing materials to prioritize the portfolio
- Communicate sales priorities and initiatives clearly to internal teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase brand volume and expand distribution footprint
- Design and deliver training programs for sales, retail standards, and waitstaff education
- Manage Point-of-Sale ordering, allocation, and usage effectively
