Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required subject to Fleet Safety Policy
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to travel throughout the day for visits to customer accounts
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, squat, and use hands effectively
  • Ability to operate vehicles and industry tools such as hand trucks and manual pallet jacks

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or distribution within the beverage industry
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in iDig, VIP, and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Solid knowledge of the beverage alcohol three-tier system including compliance

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute distribution strategies that align with brand goals and market opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers through communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution
  • Participate in management staff meetings, present sales and marketing materials to prioritize the portfolio
  • Communicate sales priorities and initiatives clearly to internal teams
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase brand volume and expand distribution footprint
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales, retail standards, and waitstaff education
  • Manage Point-of-Sale ordering, allocation, and usage effectively
