Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with customer service preferred
  • Business-to-business sales experience desired
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls favorable
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Business-to-business sales experience and business acumen
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently in a hybrid work environment

Job Duties

  • Make proactive outbound calls to small business customers
  • Ensure accounts are in good standing
  • Provide information on latest offers, plans, and services
  • Verify products and position value-added services during onboarding
  • Guide customers through their first bill and explain complex charges
  • Prospect within existing accounts for new business needs, employee hires, and referrals
  • Execute curated campaigns and outbound base offer strategies for upgrades and migrations
  • Right-size accounts by adding features and explaining the value of free resources
