Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
- ensure thorough knowledge of menu items and communicate specials
- accommodate guests' dietary needs and allergy requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely service
- handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
