Job Requirements
- Preferred enrollment in high school or a GED program or possession of a high school diploma or GED
- Six months of work experience preferred unless currently attending school
- Ability to learn and execute basic job routines
- Effective communication skills
- Must comply with city Department of Health regulations
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, squat, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- Regular attendance
- No communicable diseases transmissible through food handling

- Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to six hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly

Job Duties
- Set up the restaurant for lunch or dinner service
- Clear tables and wipe down tables and chairs throughout the shift
- Sweep the floors to maintain cleanliness
- Use dishwashing machines to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Comply with health and safety regulations including Department of Health standards
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Assist with additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
