Job Requirements
- liquor license certified is mandatory
- food server certificate required
- ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including late shifts, weekends, or holidays
- must be at least 18 or older
Job Duties
- clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths
- scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- fill beverage or ice dispensers
- ensure cleanliness of the dining rooms and other areas
- ensure cleanliness of dinnerware
- serve beverages, water and other drinks
- set up dining tables as requested
- stack and un-stack chairs and put tables in order
- set up and maintain the Expo area
- follow the cleaning calendar
- clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked
- check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness during peak hours
- clean the back dock area and keep it organized
- clean and maintain the chemical area and keep it organized
- interact and coordinate with hosts and service staff to ensure effective service
- maintain best practices in maintaining cleanliness in bussing services
- listen to and comprehend instructions from guests and coworkers over background restaurant noise
