Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
- valid Level 4 Gaming License
- ability to read and comprehend instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math operations
- ability to apply common sense to solve problems
- physical ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- willingness to work in a noisy and smoky environment
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to maintain professional grooming
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clears all tables and resets them according to venue standards
- assists food servers by attending to guests' needs during meals
- observes guests to provide attentive service
- clears dishes promptly after guests finish eating
- maintains cleanliness and stocking of side stations
- answers guest questions and refers to management when necessary
- monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds appropriately
- maintains professional grooming and appearance
- keeps sight lines neat and organized
- sweeps or mops as needed
- serves ice water as necessary
