Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Experience in hospitality or similar customer service roles preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds repetitively
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience with basic cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, spray bottle and towel
- Ability to use and clean cocktail trays, bus carts, glass and silverware racks, coffee and iced tea makers, juice dispensers, soda dispensers, soda Bag-in-Box system, sharp knives, and lemon slicer
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English above average
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely manner upon being seated
- Maintain side stations and cleanliness of restaurant
- Monitor guest needs for drink refills and condiment requests
- Assist with clearing tables and transporting dishes in addition to cleaning and stocking work areas and tables
- Refill beverages when half full
- Clear and re-set within 2 minutes of guest's departure
- Rolling silverware and other side work
- Responsible for cleanliness of the restaurant by upholding the sanitation standards
