Job Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently and promptly to prepare for incoming guests
- Assisting servers and bartenders by refilling water, clearing empty dishes, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next party
- Assisting in the accurate and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guest tables
- Ensuring all food items are presented correctly and in line with the club's quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining and food running areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met courteously
- Contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment
- Previous experience in a similar support staff role is a plus, but not required
