Previous experience in a similar support staff role is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Clearing and resetting tables efficiently and promptly to prepare for incoming guests
Assisting servers and bartenders by refilling water, clearing empty dishes, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next party
Assisting in the accurate and timely delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guest tables
Ensuring all food items are presented correctly and in line with the club’s quality standards
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining and food running areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash
Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service
Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met courteously
Contributing to a positive and team-oriented work environment
