Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
  • knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
  • able to accurately work and/or manage multiple projects under demanding circumstances

  • minimum age of 21 years
  • one year of guest service experience preferred
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
  • perform duties according to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • greet arriving buses using Group Manager by Playersoft and record arrivals on tracking board
  • distribute bus bonuses electronically and with coupons when necessary
  • manage departing buses by directing traffic, communicating with drivers, placing departure signs, and assisting guests
  • complete all day-to-day paperwork related to bus operations such as tracking boards, departure boards, and check-outs
  • perform opening and closing tasks including supply and equipment checks and coupon stamping
  • collaborate with Rewards Center and Guest Services for guidance and support regarding bus operations
  • observe and report bus-related issues to Bus Operations Management
  • understand and communicate Graton Rewards card tiers and benefits
  • operate equipment including IGT terminals, embossers, scanners, and radios
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
  • use radios to communicate with other departments
  • issue Graton Rewards Players Cards and operate IGT system as needed
  • provide comfort amenities such as turning on heaters for guests
