Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 with a clean, current DMV driving record
- Ability to pass state-mandated physical performance tests
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work variable hours, shifts, and locations
- Ability to make basic arithmetic calculations and complete required forms
- Willingness to complete OCTA's Student Coach Operator Training Program
- California Commercial Driver License (Class A or B) with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Safely operate a motor coach and adhere to route schedules
- Provide excellent customer service including assisting passengers and those with disabilities
- Collect fares, issue transfers, and make stop/transfer announcements
- Follow all traffic laws and agency policies
- Report accidents, incidents, and vehicle maintenance needs
- Complete required forms and documentation accurately
