Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- relevant work experience of 2 plus years preferred
- able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
- compassion for and desire to work with elderly
- basic reporting and organizational skills including good verbal and written skills
- punctual and maintain attendance
- meets all health requirements as dictated by state regulations
- current state driver’s license in good standing
- may require current CDL depending on state and vehicle size
- must provide Motor Vehicle Report in good standing

Job Duties
- Drive facility vehicle as directed by management
- obey all state driving laws and requirements
- assist with loading and unloading residents and staff
- ensure all passengers are safely secured
- perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles
- schedule repairs and notify facility of vehicle downtime
- maintain knowledge of vehicle safety and operational systems
- keep vehicles mechanically sound and interiors clean
- perform other duties as assigned
