Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned
- Fold napkins for all meal periods to maintain adequate supply
- Replenish condiments and restock side stands
- Perform other duties such as cleaning unexpected spills, greeting and seating guests, and attending required meetings
